We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to join our wonderful team.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will play a key leadership role within the hotel, with responsibility for overseeing our Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Spa, and Front Office teams.
This is a hands-on senior management position for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about exceptional guest service, developing great teams and delivering strong operational and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring all departments deliver exceptional service and consistently maintain the highest standards.

Provide leadership and direction to the Food & Beverage, Accommodation and Front Office teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Lead, motivate and develop departmental managers and their teams, creating a positive, professional and high-performing working environment.

Ensure staffing and rotas are aligned with occupancy, guest numbers and operational requirements, working closely with HR to maintain appropriate staffing levels.

Monitor operational performance, budgets and wage costs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, control costs and maximise revenue.

Work closely with the General Manager and senior management team on operational planning, business improvements and the continued development of the guest experience.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth across Rooms and Food & Beverage.

Work collaboratively with the Sales team to support revenue objectives, budgets, promotions and wider commercial initiatives.

Ensure guest feedback and complaints are handled promptly, professionally and with a strong focus on service recovery.
About You
The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in an Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager or similar senior operational role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.

Have strong experience leading multiple operational departments, ideally including Rooms and Food & Beverage.

Be a confident and visible leader with the ability to motivate, coach and develop managers and teams.

Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, wage costs and operational performance.

Have exceptional guest service standards and the ability to resolve challenges calmly and professionally.

Be highly organised, adaptable and comfortable operating in a busy, changing hospitality environment.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all areas of the business.
