About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to run shifts, lead the team, and keep operations smooth during busy service.
This is a fast-paced role where you take control of the floor, manage the team, and ensure standards are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and control the shift from start to finish
Assign positions and manage team flow
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and FIFO stock rotation are followed at all times
Monitor labelling, expiry dates, and correct product usage during service
Keep service fast, accurate, and organised
Handle issues immediately and support the team under pressure
What We’re Looking For
Experience in food service or hospitality (required)
Previous supervisor/team leader experience (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and in control during busy periods
Reliable, organised, and hands-on
