About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join the yogahub team.
As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll help ensure the studio runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity.
- Check members into classes and assist with bookings and enquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general studio enquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and studio environment.
- Support class changeovers to ensure the studio is always presentation-ready.
- Process retail sales and memberships.
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations and administrative tasks as required.
- Work closely with the wider team to create an exceptional member experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, fitness, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
- Experience using booking systems or POS systems is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A genuine passion for wellness and creating a positive customer experience is a bonus.
Availability
Flexibility is essential. You must be available to work a range of shifts, including:
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Bank holidays, where required
