Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive, family-oriented culture.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback with professionalism.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering to optimize operations and costs.
- Drive sales, profitability, and meet financial targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
- Engage with the local community and uphold Hook & Ladder’s values and reputation.
Skills:
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for fostering a family-like atmosphere and community engagement.
In this role you will work closely with Senior Management and form part of the reopening team!
Salary is dependent on Experience
Immediate Start required.
