Experienced Supervisor – Coffee & Food Establishment
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Supervisor to join our vibrant coffee and food establishment. The ideal candidate will possess proven barista skills, a track record of supervising staff, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing
- Supervising and supporting the existing team
- Managing the flow of orders and ensuring timely, quality service
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving any issues professionally
- Stock management and liaising with suppliers
- Balancing the till and handling cash at close
- Light invoice entry and basic administrative duties
- Some light baking may be required
- Rota management
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a food and beverage environment
- Experience supervising baristas
- Baking experience would be an advantage
- Exceptional reliability and integrity
- Experience with safe food management - HACCP
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting
Working Hours:
- Includes weekend work
- No late nights
- Weekend shifts coordinated and rotated with the co-owner
- Guaranteed adequate weekend time off each month

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
