Execute the site-specific relocation plans through collaboration with Space Planners, Facility Managers, Move Vendors and local lines of business representatives adhering to the quality and best practice methodologies.
What this job involves:
Moves, Adds, Changes:
Provide a single point of contact for all move management activities
Own the relationships with MAC and related suppliers, inclusive of procurement, communications, planning and performance management
Ensure all move management activities are performed consistent with documented processes, schedule and budget, ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborate with Space Planners, Facility Managers, Project Managers and Construction Managers to establish move project goals and objectives
Execute relocation and migration projects within the CAFM/ IWMS technology
Administer all finance process with MAC suppliers, and contribute to site FM’s budget and forecasting exercises
Ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete
Manage employee communications for moves and projects
Report on churn, cost metrics, post-move surveys and volumetric move data
Report on project status and update tracking, maintaining files for due diligence and financials
Space Data Management:
Ensure data accuracy within Space technology for assigned locations
Manage new hire and internal transfers assignments within CAFM system
Data audits within business and technological systems
Physical Auditing spaces for changes and working with Space Data Managers for updates
Perform data input into the SPACE to maintain accurate occupancy information
Communicate floor plan changes to Space Data Management team
Customer engagement
Interact with customers, identify their needs and provide ad-hoc MAC support
Survey service quality, gather feedback and follow up on customerchallenges and benefits
Resolve customer tickets in a timely manner
Ensure great customer experience throughout service provided
Other Key Responsibilities:
Participation in planning meetings hosted by the client, Occupancy& Space Planning and other key stakeholders
Coordination of asset data for FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) via 3rd party
Update Directory and Evacuation Site Plans
Assist in managing locker assignment in tandem with local FM teams
