The Role
- Promote and generate new business, across all personal lines classes -Motor, home, van and farm insurance
- Process policy queries and changes in line with existing client’s needs.
- Support of the annual renewal cycle, ensuring client retention.
- Support day to day administrative needs associated with client’s personal insurance policies.
- This role supports clients both face to face and over the telephone.
The Person
- Insurance experience or a desire to start a career in insurance is required.
- Working towards APA qualification is an advantage but not essential.
- You will have previously held a customer facing role, and are at ease engaging with customers.
- You are comfortable learning and working with IT systems.
