Opportunity
We are seeking a Night Operator to join our growing Care team. If you are kind, caring, and empathetic, this is an opportunity to play an integral role in supporting clients remotely from our Carlow Care Hub, helping them live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Our Care Specialists treat every customer with dignity, sensitivity, and respect, taking the time to listen, engage, and build meaningful rapport.
This position is well suited to candidates with experience in home care, hospitality, or similar people-focused roles, who bring a naturally respectful and courteous approach and are comfortable working within a team and established processes and procedures.

Successful applicants will:
- Use a variety of bespoke systems to deliver effective remote care to our clients
- Respond to events as per agreed customer care pathways
- Act as a point of contact for the circle of care of our customers
- Be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls while demonstrating an exceptional level of empathy, sensitivity and professionalism
To be considered for this role, of benefit:
- Leaving Certificate, caring experience, and/or currently studying in a social or healthcare field, Level 5 qualification in Care of the Elderly (desirable, but not mandatory)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Combines empathy with strong judgment and a natural ability to take initiative
- Strong listening skills and sensitivity when providing emotional support
- Exceptional attention to detail and respect for confidentiality at all times
- IT literacy, particularly with MS Office
- Adaptable and able to multitask effectively
- A flexible team player
Due to the nature of our business, successful candidates are required to undergo satisfactory Garda Vetting and Reference Checks.
