Liberty Living Homecare is seeking a professional, organised and confident Compliance Administrator to join our team. This is a busy office-based role within the homecare sector, suited to someone who is reliable, hardworking, professional and able to manage confidential information with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
You will work closely with management and must be comfortable taking direction, listening, following policies and completing tasks independently. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, uses their own initiative and is willing to learn and develop within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage compliance filing, records and documentation
- Upload, check and organise confidential employee documentation
- Monitor compliance spreadsheets and maintain accurate records
- Manage and record complaints and incidents
- Complete and monitor monthly KPIs
- Coordinate and monitor surveys
- Answer and direct office telephone calls professionally
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and up to date
- Follow GDPR guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality
- Read, understand and implement company policies, procedures and standards
- Assist with audits, compliance checks and quality monitoring
- Identify issues and use your own initiative to resolve or escalate them appropriately
- Support management with general compliance and administrative duties
- Work closely with management and the wider team to maintain high compliance standards
Requirements
- Previous administration or office-based experience is essential
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency is essential
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and time management
- Punctual, reliable, professional and well-presented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Strong ability to read, understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Confident answering phones and communicating professionally
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to use initiative and manage your own workload
- Understanding or experience of the healthcare/homecare sector is preferred
- Respectful and professional when working with management; able to take direction, listen and follow instructions
- Able to build a strong, trusting working relationship with your manager
- Honest and accountable, with the confidence to ask questions when unsure and accept feedback
Pay: Up to €29,500.00 per year
