At Sunbeam House Services, we support adults with intellectual disabilities to live meaningful lives with choice, dignity, inclusion and independence. We're seeking a dedicated Person in Charge (PIC) to lead and inspire teams while ensuring high-quality, person-centred supports ;
Lead and manage residential services
Support individuals to achieve their personal goals
Build positive relationships with families and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and best practice
Develop, coach and support your team to deliver excellent care
CORU Registration (or eligibility as outlined by CORU requirements)
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
Leadership and people management skills
Full driving licence and access to a car
Current right to work in Ireland
