We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen in the heart of Temple Bar. You will support the Head Chef, prepare high-quality food while maintaining food and safety standards.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
Previous Sous Chef experience
Good knowledge of food safety and HACCAP
Passion for quality food and teamwork.
Pay: €16.00-€18.00 per hour
