Bellingham castle are recruiting for Bar /Bar lounger person to Join Our Team.
This position is a combined rol which entails duties as outlined below.
Floor Staff Responsibilities:

Collecting dirty glasses and crockery

Serving drinks to guests at their tables

Assisting with table service at weddings and events

Cleaning and resetting tables
-
Stocking the bar
-
General cleaning duties and end-of-night cleanup

Setting up tables for events
Shift times typically include:
-
2:00 PM - 9:00/10:00/11:00 PM
-
6:00/9:00 PM - Close (usually around 3:30 AM)
Once floor training is completed, you'll also receive training for the Bar Staff role, which includes:

Serving drinks behind the bar

Keeping the bar clean, tidy, and well-stocked

Assisting with table service at events

Supporting floor staff during busy periods

Event setup, cleaning, and end-of-night duties

Flexible and available to work all weekends year-round, most Thursdays, and various days during holiday periods

Comfortable chatting with guests and offering warm, courteous service

Able to work the shifts listed above - flexibility is essential
