We're looking for motivated multilingual professionals to join our client's team in Dublin City Centre.
Previous Content Moderation experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training is provided.
What you'll do
- Review and audit content moderation decisions to ensure quality and policy compliance.
- Handle sensitive content, including fraud, hate speech, violence, phishing, child safety and other high-risk categories.
- Support escalations, ID verification and authenticity reviews.
- Deliver accurate, consistent decisions while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What we're looking for
- Fluent English plus Polish, Romanian, Hungarian or Hebrew.
- Previous Content Moderation experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with sensitive online content.
The role
- Dublin City Centre (100% on-site)
- €39,000–€43,000 per year (depending on language)
- Permanent | Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Rotational shifts: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–19:00
- 4 weeks of paid on-site training
