Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure electrical materials, equipment, and plant for multiple projects.
- Negotiate pricing, rebates, and supply agreements with key suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate deliveries to project sites and resolve supply chain issues.
- Work closely with project managers to forecast material requirements.
- Manage purchase orders and procurement records.
- Monitor supplier performance and service levels.
- Support tendering and estimating teams with supplier pricing.
- Assist in developing and improving procurement processes and controls.
Requirements
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Experience within electrical contracting, construction, engineering, building services, or electrical wholesale sectors.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using procurement, ERP, or accounting software would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
