About the Company
Our client is a well-established and growing food manufacturing company. They are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead their production facility in Co. Cavan and drive operational excellence, food safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring safe, efficient production.
- Manage production performance, labour, costs, quality, maintenance and operational KPIs.
- Develop, motivate and support production teams to achieve business objectives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC, Bord Bia and Health & Safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous Operations, Production or Site Management experience within food manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of food processing, cooking or canning processes.
- Experience managing production teams, budgets and operational performance.
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
