Intro: WestQuay Energy are looking for a Solar PV Installer/ Electrician to join their team due to their rapid growth and success within the PV System Installation market over the past 4 years. With its headquarters based in Westport, Co. Mayo, the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a critical role in managing and delivering Solar PV System installations.

Position: Full Time Position.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a challenging, dynamic, and team-based environment while adhering to procedures, focused on producing the best quality service, being highly productive and mindful of costs.
- Installing solar PV systems in a range of domestic, commercial and agricultural properties.
- Commissioning Checks /Recording Procedure
- PPE & HSE
- System troubleshooting and technical support
- Customer liaison
- System handover to customer
- Site management to meet KPI requirements

Candidate Requirements:
- Level 6 Qualified Electrician - Essential
- Involved in installing, commissioning and maintaining solar PV installations
- Takes pride in appearance and quality of work
- Able to work on own initiative whilst being fully supported, both technically and administratively from the office
- Domestic and Commercial electrical experience
- Current clean driving licence - Essential
- Safe Electric registered - Desirable
- SEAI Solar PV registered - Desirable
- Safe Pass - Essential
Training:
We will provide complete and thorough industry-specific training during your induction period and ongoing.
