Hours: 4-Day Working Week | 7:30am – 6:00pm
Key Requirements
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (National Craft Certificate or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Full, clean driving licence
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

About the Role
Sheehy Motor Group, one of Ireland’s leading motor retailers, is seeking a qualified vehicle technician to join our modern and expanding workshop in Naas. You will work across Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Škoda, CUPRA and SEAT brands within a progressive and growing dealership group.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Complete vehicle health checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Use latest diagnostic technology across multiple leading brands
- Maintain safety, quality and compliance standards
- Deliver excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction
Ideal Experience (Desirable)
- Experience with Volkswagen Group brands is an advantage but not essential
