Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Wash and clean the vehicle (inside and out).
- Check oil, water, and tire levels.
- Report any vehicle damages immediately.
- Daily Operations:
- Complete daily activity reports and submit with paperwork.
- Check and record fridge temperatures.
- Verify goods and temperatures during loading.
- Delivery Duties:
- Perform deliveries of food and related products to 3fe locations.
- Deliver coffee and coffee equipment as required.
- Safety and Reporting:
- Report any incidents or accidents involving company property or third parties.
- Maintain safe work practices.
- Warehouse Duties:
- Labelling
- Bagging coffee
- Packaging
- Order fulfilment
- Unload, check, and store incoming goods.
- Perform general warehouse tasks.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Organised, accurate, punctual, and reliable.
- Team player.
- Flexible and willing to take on various tasks.
Qualifications:
- Legal work authorisation in Ireland is required.
- Full Clean Driving Licence required.
- a manual handling course and forklift license is an advantage but not essential.
Shift Flexibility:
- Flexibility to work in a seven-day-a-week business, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability for full-time, permanent positions with daytime hours.
