Job Description: Industrial Cleaner
Reports To: Shift Supervisor / Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Shift: Varies (Day, Evening, and Night shifts available; may include weekends)
Position Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness of our industrial facility. Unlike commercial cleaning, this role involves heavy-duty cleaning within manufacturing plants, warehouses, or production areas. You will be responsible for operating specialized machinery, handling industrial cleaning agents, and ensuring all sanitation protocols meet strict safety and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Heavy-Duty Cleaning: Clean and sanitize production floors, machinery, assembly lines, storage tanks, and warehouse spaces.
- Waste Management: Safely collect and dispose of industrial waste, hazardous materials, and recyclable debris according to environmental and company regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate industrial cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor scrubbers, industrial vacuums, and steam cleaners.
- Chemical Handling: Dilute, apply, and store industrial solvents, degreasers, and cleaning chemicals safely, strictly adhering to Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Facility Maintenance: Clear spills, grease, and oil accumulations promptly to eliminate slip-and-trip hazards.
- Deep Cleaning Compliance: Perform specialized deep-cleaning tasks during scheduled facility shutdowns or changeovers.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all OSHA, company safety to protect yourself and the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as an industrial cleaner is highly preferred (but we will train the right candidate).
Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
