We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Head Barista / Store Manager to lead our team at our Bandon location.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining exceptional coffee making with day-to-day store management. The successful candidate will lead by example, maintain high operational standards, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.
The position is ideal for:
- An experienced barista seeking a consistent 4-5 day full time work week
Requirements:
- Extensive barista experience in a busy café environment
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong focus on coffee quality, consistency, and speed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team
- Comfortable managing daily operations
- Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
