Van Driver / Dispatch & Deliveries (Full-Time)
Location: Split between Kells Business Park and Nobber (Co. Meath)Coverage: Nationwide deliveries/collections (Ireland)Salary: From €36,000 (DOE) + overtime during busy periodsHours: 8:00–17:30 (Saturdays during peak/busy times)Contract: Full-time, permanent (3-month probation)
The role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Van Driver / Dispatch & Deliveries team member to manage deliveries and collections of quad bikes, lawnmowers, and related equipment. You’ll also support picking/packing orders and dispatch, ensuring every job is completed safely and with correct paperwork.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and collect quad bikes, lawnmowers, and equipment nationwide using our company van
- Load/unload safely using ramps, straps, and correct securing methods
- Pick orders, prepare dispatch, and keep deliveries organised and on schedule
- Complete all delivery/collection paperwork accurately (dockets, customer sign-off, job sheets, etc.)
- Support yard/warehouse tasks as needed, including some forklift work
- Keep the van clean, roadworthy, and report any issues promptly
- Communicate clearly with the team and customers to confirm ETAs and resolve issues
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Full clean driving licence (B)
- Strong delivery/dispatch experience and excellent reliability/timekeeping
- Comfortable with physical handling/loading and securing machinery
- Good attention to detail with paperwork and order accuracy
- Basic mechanical awareness (able to spot obvious issues/damage and report)
Ideal:
- Trailer licence (BE)
- Forklift experience/certification (or willingness to be trained)
- Experience delivering machinery/plant/agri equipment
