JW Property Maintenance Ltd require a maintenance plumber to join the team and work along side other maintenance trades. JW Property Maintenance offers emergency callouts to the customers in the Limerick area along with planned and preventative maintenance works.
The ideal candidate should have a very strong understanding of plumbing and heating systems and should be very good with problem solving and have the ability to work effectively in diverse situations.
The job will involve calling to properties and solving problems with heating systems, leak detection and general plumbing repairs.
You will be required to keep an accurate record of work carried out and materials used. This will then need to be co-ordinated with admin staff and other trades needing to carry out follow on works.
You will also be required to work alongside our carpenters and other trades with project work such as bathroom refits, and commercial premises maintenance.
There is no sitework involved with this role. Generally you will be driving to different jobs during the day.
The main area of work is Limerick city and surrounding areas.
Good customer communication skills are very important.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Must hold a Full drivers Licence.
Must have own van and tools. Willing to discuss work options and times with the right candidate.
Company fuel card supplied.
Experience with other trades is also a huge advantage.
