Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate employees and projects schedules
- Responsible for the day to day managing of the allocated site.
- Perform carpentry works and finishes to the highest standards.
- Ensuring that problems are solved in a timely manner
- Liaise with the management and all departments of the business.
- Be team focused working well with others.
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Carpenter with proven experience
- Experience of 1st and 2nd fixing, roofing, kitchens / wardrobes etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced in hands-on carpentry and a wide range of general building tasks, with a strong focus on residential renovation projects
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications
- Full, clean driving licence.
