Our Client is a premier provider of high-quality flooring solutions, blending exceptional craftsmanship with a customer-first approach. As they expand their footprint—including the launch of their brand-new, state-of-the-art Showroom in Tallaght, the Company is entering an exciting phase of hypergrowth. They are seeking to attract a hands-on, high-energy Warehouse Manager to oversee and elevate all warehouse activities. This is not a "desk-only" job—all warehouse operations flow through you. You will lead a dedicated team of four warehouse operatives by example, balancing administrative duties like inventory management with active floor work, including picking orders and operating the forklift. Your goal is to maintain a pristine, organised environment while keeping team morale high.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and delegate daily workloads to a team of 4 warehouse operatives.
- Hands-On Operations: Lead from the front by operating forklifts, picking orders, and assisting with heavy lifting when required.
- Inventory Control: Keep the digital inventory system meticulously up to date, ensuring stock accuracy and minimising discrepancies.
- Warehouse Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and highly organised warehouse layout to optimize efficiency and safety protocols.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the smooth intake of stock and dispatch of customer orders.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
- Valid forklift license (Counterbalance/Reach) and comfort with regular operation.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using digital inventory/WMS systems.
- A positive, "lead-by-example" attitude that motivates a close-knit team.
- This is a Monday to Friday role 8.00am - 5.00pm with one Saturday per month required
Pay: €50,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
