This is a Full Time, 39 hour per week position, based in Sinnott's bar, South King Street, Dublin 2.
We are looking for a candidate with previous kitchen experience in a Leading Gastro Pub or restaurant, talented, creative and have a genuine passion for food. The role would suit a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous who is looking for a role to develop further in both knowledge and skill. Must be standards driven and detail-orientated · Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment · Must be flexible with regards to hours · Must have a good command of the English Language · Must have excellent self-presentation · Should have detailed knowledge of HACCP · Relevant professional qualification (very desirable) · Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
