The Opportunity
This is a high-impact sales role with a defined path to Sales Manager within 12 to 18 months.
We are looking for a commercially strong, experienced SaaS or technical sales professional who wants to step into leadership and shape how we sell in Ireland. You won't just sell. You will help define our sales strategy, route to market, and future team structure.
The journey looks like this:
Months 1 to 6: Immersion
Learn our products, customers, industry, and processes. Carry a personal sales target from day one.
Months 6 to 12: Ownership
Identify gaps in our sales approach, route to market, and tools. Begin proposing improvements and build a commercial improvement plan for Ireland.
Months 12 to 18: Leadership
Step into the Sales Manager seat within the senior management structure, reporting to TSS. Take ownership of team and strategy.
