Homecare Branch Manager - Gorey
We are currently seeking a Branch Manager within Homecare to join our Company.

The Role:
As Branch Manager, the successful applicant will have strong people, commercial, logistical and change management experience. They will be capable of managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of their office and take responsibility and accountability for the same. Ideally, they will, possess excellent communication skills and lead and drive the implementation of our strategic vision and goals.

Duties:
-
Organise office operations and procedures to ensure that the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients, meeting weekly, monthly and annual quality KPI's

Responsible for meeting growth targets and business KPIs and helping to grow the organisation

Assist with client & staffing issues and training
-
Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the office

Development and maintenance of key client relationships
-
Conduct Client and Caregiver reviews or introductions where required
-
Assist with caregiver recruitment and scheduling where required
-
Monthly financial reconciliations
The ideal candidate:
-
Minimum Level 6 management qualification
-
Preferred background in nursing, social work, or other ancillary support services
-
Experience in care delivery or relevant industry
-
Full, Clean driving licence and access to a car

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to plan and organise own workload
-
Appropriate insurance for vehicle business purposes

Good commercial and business acumen

Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams of professionals
