Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 1:00pm (20 Hours Per Week)
Grant & O'Brien Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our growing business.
This role is ideal for someone with previous office administration experience who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing records, coordinating schedules, supporting the wider team, and assisting with the implementation of office processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct telephone calls and emails professionally.
- Maintain employee and company records.
- Manage filing systems and administrative documentation.
- Update Microsoft 365 records and company databases.
- Manage Outlook calendars and schedule meetings.
- Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and personnel files.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring employee records are up to date.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of office processes and administrative procedures.
- Support the Business Operations Manager with administrative tasks, projects, and continuous improvements to office systems.
- Assist with general office administration duties.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 Years administration experience.
- Highly Proficient of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel/SharePoint
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and telephone manner.
- Excellent Written Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads.
- Professional approach to handling confidential information.
- Experience in working in a fast pace, dynamic environment is essential.
Pay: €14.80-€16.00 per hour

- Advanced/Higher Certificate (required)
Experience:
- Administration: 2 years (required)
