Donabate Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment, with no weekends and an excellent remuneration package.
This is a permanent position
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide high quality nursing care to patients in a 5 GP practice.
Cervical Check Screening.
Infant & Childhood Immunisations.
Chronic Disease Management assessments and follow up.
Adult vaccination.
Venepuncture.
Wound care.
Ear care.
ECG recording and 24hr ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
Health promotion and education.
Participate in training and development activities as part of our affiliation with UCD.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in general practice nursing in Ireland.
Membership of An Bord Altranais/NMBI is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
