We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team for a new and busy venue opening soon.
This role is focused on breakfast and lunch service, so we are seeking someone who is highly skilled in both modern plating techniques and experienced in preparing traditional Irish breakfast dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes
- Deliver both modern-style plates and classic Irish breakfast items to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency during busy service periods
- Assist with menu development and kitchen setup
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knowledge of traditional Irish breakfast cuisine
- Experience with modern food presentation and plating
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: €15.42-€17.00 per hour
