We are looking for a reliable, professional and customer-focused Security & Safety Officer to join our McDonald’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our customers and staff, while providing a visible and professional security presence.
The role will include monitoring the premises, assisting customers where appropriate, responding to incidents and challenging behaviour, supporting restaurant management, and ensuring that security and safety procedures are followed at all times. The successful candidate must remain alert, approachable and professional throughout their shift.
Applicants must be registered with the PSA (Private Security Authority) and hold valid PSA Security Guard and Door Supervisor licences. Previous security or customer-facing experience is desirable.
Good communication skills, reliability, professionalism and the ability to remain calm and confident when dealing with difficult situations are essential. Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays, is required.
Pay: €18.00-€18.50 per hour
