Earnings
Commission based. In practice this means approx. €600–€1,000+ per full clinic day, depending on patient load. Consultation fees: €80 weekdays / €100 weekends.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a General Practitioner to join our experienced, supportive team. You will deliver high-quality primary care to a large, loyal private patient base (no GMS), with full administrative support (patient registration, scheduling and payments handled by the clinic) and a modern, fully online clinical system.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general medical services to adult and paediatric patients: acute and chronic conditions, check-ups and referrals for diagnostics.
* Deliver remote consultations via our telemedicine service (follow-ups, prescription renewals) alongside in-person care.
* Prepare medical reports with AI-assisted tooling.
* Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure seamless, patient-focused care.

Person Specification
Essential
* Registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC), or eligibility to register – we will support the process.
* Specialisation in family medicine / general practice or equivalent experience.
* Strong clinical skills across a broad range of presentations.
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
* Right to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizens eligible).
Desirable
* Additional languages – we welcome doctors speaking Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian and others, reflecting our multicultural patient base.
* Ultrasound skills (thyroid / abdominal).
* Experience with telemedicine platforms.
Pay: €75,194.06-€185,689.15 per year
