Title: Group Finance Director
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Position Purpose:
We are seeking a hands-on Group Finance Director to lead our finance function across multiple entities and countries. This role combines strategic financial oversight with strong operational involvement, working closely with the CEO to drive financial performance, cash management, and finance transformation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full finance function across multiple entities and geographies
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and outsourced finance partners
- Ensure strong cash flow management and working capital control
- Own monthly management accounts across multiple entities and countries, including consolidation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Maintain robust financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Provide financial insight and decision support to the CEO
- Provide timely monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO and the Board
Educational Background and Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is essential
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles in multi-entity or international environments
- Experience in SME or growing organizations with hands-on operational responsibility is strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing AR, AP, and operational finance processes
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels

Job Circumstances
- The position is based in our regional office, and it does entail frequent travel to Clients and partners, which may be outside your designated region
- Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential
