This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in one of Dublin’s most trusted childcare providers, celebrating over 30 years in early years education.
As Creche Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and education. You’ll lead and inspire a team of educators, support professional growth, and maintain full compliance with Tusla regulations while embedding the Aistear and Síolta frameworks into everyday practice.

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of early years educators
- Build strong, positive relationships with families and staff
- Ensure compliance with Tusla and all childcare regulations
- Oversee rosters, administration, and documentation
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and professional team culture
- Minimum QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within childcare
- Strong knowledge of childcare regulations, Aistear, and Síolta
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development
