About the Position
BuildTech are now looking for an experienced skilled tradesperson to join our Construction team. You will be working under a Site Manager on residential renovation and extension projects.
As a Skilled Tradesperson, you will be working under the guidance of the site manager and expected to undertake a variety of tasks from, demo and strip out works, Carpentry works, Plaster Boarding, etc., as well as keeping the sites clean and tidy. Also assisting with the co-ordination of the site where required.
Requirements
Min 5 years experience working in residential construction.
Experience and comfortable in using all power tools.
Safe pass.
Manual Handling cert.
Abrasive wheel cert.
Excellent communications.
Full drivers license.
Remuneration Package

Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 per year
