Job Title: Reformer Pilates Instructor

Booty boutique Studios is seeking a passionate, energetic, and fully certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through dynamic, low-impact workouts designed to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. With a maximum of 10 clients per class, you will deliver a personalized, high-energy boutique experience that helps our community move and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction: Lead high-quality group Reformer Pilates classes for a maximum of 10 clients per session.
- Modify programming: Provide clear exercise progressions and regressions to seamlessly accommodate multi-level participants in the same class.
- Ensure safety: Monitor client form continuously, offering precise verbal or tactile corrections to maximize workout efficacy and prevent injuries.
- Manage equipment: Conduct quick safety checks on Reformer springs, straps, and bars before each class, ensuring all gear is properly sanitized. [1]
- Build community: Create an energetic, welcoming studio environment that encourages client retention and fosters a strong brand culture.
- Track attendance: Maintain punctual schedules by starting and ending sessions on time while logging accurate class attendance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification: Completed comprehensive Reformer Pilates teacher training certification from a recognized training body.
- First Aid: Valid CPR/AED certification required.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching group fitness or studio reformer classes is highly preferred.
- Anatomy knowledge: Solid foundation in human biomechanics, posture analysis, and functional movement.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal cueing skills to instruct clients effectively while moving around the studio floor.
- Physical stamina: Ability to remain standing, demonstrating movements, and guiding clients for extended shifts. [1, 2, 3]
