As a chef de partie you will:
· Ensure safe food Handling at all times.
· Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in compliance with our recipe SOPs.
· Maintain high levels of cleanliness of fridges and working areas.
· Ensure stock levels are maintained and controlled in your own working areas.
· Ensure food orders are handled in a timely manner.
· Ensure all mis en place is ready .
· Ensure an end of service Handover is ready for the next shift.
· Work as a member of the Kitchen Team. Build positive working relationships and good communication with your colleagues both in the Kitchen and FOH. Help maintain a positive and supportive working environment.
· Maintain accurate Food Safety readings and records.
· Adhere to health and safety procedures outlined by management.
· Adhere to all allergen requests and customer dietary requirements
