Over-the-Counter Assistant – Thurles, Co. Tipperary Seeking an Over -the –Counter Assistant who can commence as soon as possible but are willing to wait for the right candidate. What you need to know? This is a permanent full-time position working 3 or 4 days a week depending on preference. You will need to work weekends on a rotational basis. There is an excellent and very friendly support team. What you will be doing: - Provide a warm, professional and welcoming service to all customers - Assist customers with their OTC healthcare and wellbeing needs - Have a good knowledge of pharmacy OTC products and be willing to develop their product knowledge - Offer appropriate advice within their role and refer customers to the pharmacist when required - Maintain high standards of customer care and confidentiality - Assist with stock management, merchandising and ordering - Keep the OTC area clean, organised and well presented - Work closely with the pharmacist and wider pharmacy team - Support the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy What we desire: Commitment to exceptional customer service and community engagement.
