About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys leading people.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper storage and handling of goods
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Schedule staff, assign tasks, and manage workflow priorities
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and management teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate or train on warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach, etc.)
- Comfortable working on your feet
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
