PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER – Full Time Permanent Contract
We are looking for a Full Time Personal Support Worker to join our team from August/September 2026. The hours available are on a rostered basis.
This would provide a good learning experience for a personal support worker who would like to extend their skills or experience in disability and to also develop skills and knowledge in specialist equipment and communication strategies
If you are interested in being involved in providing an interesting, varied and full support package to a delightful and fun young man living in his own home, and are keen to be involved in all aspects of his life - personal care, mobility, activity, learning and communication, and the use of technology, then we would very much like to hear from you.
We are looking for the right person who has initiative but can work within a team, who is reliable and enthusiastic as well as keen to take part in the continued development of this young man’s very varied life
Training and support will be provided so as to develop the skills required to learn all aspects of the role. Good rates of pay are offered and will be influenced by experience.
A Fetac Level 5 or equivalent qualification in healthcare is an advantage, or if you are attending a relevant health care course. You must have a full driving licence and fluent English
