Experienced Sign Fitter

We're looking for an experienced Sign Fitter to join our team at one of Ireland's leading established sign manufacturing companies.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of internal and external signage, graphics, and wayfinding systems, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Install a wide variety of signage, graphics, and large-format print across multiple environments.
- Install illuminated signage, built-up letters, fascia signage, lightboxes, vinyl graphics, and wayfinding systems.
- Carry out electrical connections for illuminated signage safely and competently.
- Read and interpret installation drawings and project specifications.
- Work independently on site while maintaining excellent communication with the production and project management teams.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
- Respond professionally to changing site conditions and project deadlines.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience installing commercial signage.
- Proven experience fitting a broad range of signage and large-format graphics.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation for illuminated signage is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on site.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Essential Requirements
- Full Clean Irish Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel to installation sites throughout Ireland when required.
Desirable Certifications
The following certifications would be advantageous, although not essential:
- Safe Pass
- Manual Handling
- MEWP (Cherry Picker / Boom Lift) Certification
- Working at Heights / Ladder Safety
- Mobile Scaffold Tower Certification
- Hoist Operator Certification
