Deco Designs is seeking a reliable, organised, and hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our growing team full-time.
This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, responsibility, and maintaining high standards.
The role supports the smooth running of warehouse operations including goods in/out, stock control, order preparation, deliveries, sample preparation, and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment.
We are looking for someone dependable who can work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Goods receiving and checking
- Order preparation and dispatch
- Stock control and warehouse organisation
- Preparing and packaging samples
- Coordinating couriers and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Carpet stock cutting
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Supporting smooth project deliveries
Requirements
- Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirements)
- Full clean Category B driving licence
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Good communication skills
- Forklift experience beneficial but not essential
