Quantity Surveyor Required – Construction Projects
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction business and assist with the management of residential and commercial projects.
Role Includes
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets
- Managing project costs from start to completion
- Measuring and valuing works
- Preparing tenders, quotations, and valuations
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring project profitability and reporting costs
- Assisting with procurement and contract administration
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction costs and contracts
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software preferred
- Full driving licence preferred
