About the Role
Phloor Limited, one of Ireland’s leading flooring wholesalers, is recruiting a Full-Time Permanent Relief Truck Driver for our headquarters in Park West, Dublin 12. This is a permanent position.
The role is primarily focused on providing operational support across the business, covering annual leave, sickness and emergency requirements, while assisting with local deliveries and warehouse logistics to ensure the efficient movement of goods and support peak periods.

Key Requirements
- Valid Category C driving licence (applicants must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)
- Valid Digi Card and CPC Card
- Clean driving licence
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling throughout the day, including flooring products and display materials
- Own transport required due to early starts and late finishes to and from HQ
- Manual Handling certification, Forklift licence and Tail Lift experience are advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
Role Responsibilities
- Provide cover for annual leave, sickness and emergency requirements across the driver team
- Carry out local and nationwide deliveries of flooring products and display materials to customers throughout Ireland (North and South)
- Deliver and assemble display materials as required
- Support warehouse operations and merchandising activities when required
- Assist with ad hoc logistics tasks to improve operational efficiency and support peak periods
- Maintain high standards of customer service and safety at all times
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, permanent position
- Occasional overnight stays required (typically at least once per week)
