We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our team with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a fast paced environment. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, manage multiple priorities and provide efficient support to ensure smooth running of day to day operations.
Job Description
- Main role will include all aspects of orders, customer service and office admin.
- Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and colleagues.
- Updating Job schedules and keeping clients informed.
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Liaising with technicians daily and creating/updating schedules.
- Assist with the coordination of operational and facilities-related activities.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties and project work.
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administration role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to think on their feet and respond effectively to changing priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience within the Facilities Management industry is desirable but not essential.
Pay: €33,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
