Job Purpose
To work with the Cut & Crease team to ensure that all products are produced in accordance with the production plan whilst ensuring that quality standards are met and operating procedures are followed.
Role Responsibilities

Understanding and following all Cut and Crease Standard Operating Procedures.

Monitor and follow all H&S standards.

Be motivated and drive performance improvement within the department.

Following the production schedule, all Cut and Crease machines are covered with a sufficient amount of Pre Make Ready’s.

Working with the Cut & Crease team to minimise lost time
-
Raising Pre make ready performance standards.
-
Needs to be proactive and encourage others in the pursuit of continuous improvement projects and operational excellence with a lean Six Sigma approach.

To improve and maintain department housekeeping standards.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Experience in automated machinery ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Good level of computer literacy,

Environmental, Health and Safety
