TRIONA is looking for experienced Fashion Sales Advisors to join the team at our new Dublin flagship, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
Founded in Donegal in 1984, TRIONA is an Irish heritage fashion brand with a strong tradition of weaving and craftsmanship, brought to life through contemporary design. This October, we will open our new Dublin flagship, bringing TRIONA and a curated selection of Irish design to the heart of the city.
We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a background in fashion, designer or luxury retail who understand the importance of personal service, product knowledge and building lasting relationships with customers.
The Role
As part of the founding Dublin team, you will play an important role in delivering the TRIONA experience and establishing the high level of service we want our new flagship to be known for.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a warm, personal and knowledgeable customer experience
- Building strong relationships with customers and developing repeat business
- Understanding customers' needs and confidently recommending and styling products
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of TRIONA, our collections and the other Irish brands represented in store
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Maintaining high standards of presentation across the store
- Supporting stock, deliveries and day-to-day store operations
- Contributing to a professional, positive and highly customer-focused team environment
About You

- Have previous experience in fashion, designer or luxury retail
- Have a proven ability to sell and build strong customer relationships
- Are confident, personable and comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers
- Have a strong interest in fashion, design and craftsmanship
- Understand the importance of personal service and attention to detail
- Are commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Are professional, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team
We are particularly interested in people who have developed strong experience in fashion retail and enjoy the relationship-building side of sales.
