Finishing Foreman – South County Dublin
The CSR Group is looking to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman for a Large Residential Project in South County Dublin. This Project is well underway and looking for someone with a keen eye and good work ethic to join a great company who are market leaders in the industry. Mainly consisting of apartments this project has a total value of over €30 million.
Very good package and opportunity for the right person.
The Role
- Working Closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
- Overseeing all designated work
- Ensuring best H&S best practises are being followed
- Attend all relevant meetings
- Planning the works to be carried out
- Making sure all work carried out is to spec
The Person
- trade background highly beneficial
- Main Contracting experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Keen eye for detail
