Cusack Hotel Group is currently seeking enthusiastic Stores person to join the team at our 4-star Ardboyne Hotel in Co. Meath.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Flexible with their availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekdays & weekends
Comfortable working varied hours, which may change from week to week depending on operational needs
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the hotel stores, food stores, keg and liquor stores clean, tidy and organised.
Receive and check deliveries, ensuring goods are correct, in good condition and stored safely.
Follow all HACCP, food safety and health & safety procedures.
Organise and rotate stock using FIFO (first in, first out) and monitor expiry dates.
Check and record fridge and cold room temperatures.
Maintain accurate stock records, paperwork and delivery documentation.
Issue stock to departments against approved requisitions.
Assist with weekly stock checks, stock takes and re-ordering.
Ensure the security of the stores and manage store keys responsibly.
Report damaged, missing or delayed deliveries to the relevant departments.
Assist other departments when required and carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management.
