Lock Doctor are Ireland's largest locksmiths, providing 24 hour call out services to domestic, commercial and auto customers through our fleet of specialist mobile technicians and retail shops.
We require an experienced Operations Booking Agent to join our team in Limerick. The role will involve working with the Operations Manager to deliver a smooth and efficient service that exceeds expectations and the needs of our customers through our technicians, fleet of specialist vehicles and retail stores. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record in service delivery, be ambitious and highly motivated.
Please note this job primarily requires working Tuesdays to Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Provide top class customer service
- Responsible for rapid service delivery, lead generation and planning of daily operations
- Ensure service, operational and financial targets are being achieved
- Performance reporting - Customer service team and mobile technicians
- Deal with escalated customer requirements as an urgent priority
- Contribute in daily review meetings to ensure all requests are assigned and updated throughout the process
- Manage mobile technicians and ensure everyone is fully equipped to deal with all service requirements
- Promote products and services to enhance turnover
- Review results; implement system improvements, policies, and procedures
- Report to Operations Manager and senior management
Essential Requirements
- Track record in working with a team within a customer focused environment
- Motivated positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organization and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible, confident and can do attitude
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
Desirable Requirements
- Fleet management
- Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast paced environment
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3 years experience working in a busy call center environment or similar
- Experience with phone sales
- Excellent organisation and customer service skills
- Fluent English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Good time-keeping
- Ability to multi-task
- Good team player
- Willingness to learn new skills
- An excellent phone manner, fluent standard of English
